We are looking for an experienced Clinic Manager to join our new Perth clinic on a full time basis.
The Role
As our Clinic Manager, you will be responsible for effectively managing the day to day logistics and functioning of the clinic. You will be hands on in supporting the clinic needs and work closely with the Managing Director to drive the business.
Your role will include but is not limited to the follow tasks:
Coordinate staff rostering, work load and online booking management
Performance management, coaching and development, performance reviews and conflict resolution
Ensuring effective utilisation of staff and bookings
Provide accurate data for payroll, review and understand payroll cost vs budget
Liaise with the team to ensure a harmonious and productive work environment
Efficient workplace planning and recruitment
Manage reception and front of house processes
