Business Change Manager - 6-month assignment with potential for extension - $92.48 - $103.82/h excl. super - Located in Canberra, ACT - Onsite - Job Reference #1234799 ABOUT THE JOB: As a Business Change Manager, you will provide services that respond to our client's Operational Readiness and Operational Management plan requirements and Operational Readiness (OR) Assessment. Your role ensures the smooth and efficient transition through commissioning and into operation. Key functional areas include operations, assets, people, health, safety & environment (HSE), and logistics. You will identify potential gaps, opportunities for improvement, and risks. KEY DUTIES:
Conduct gap analysis
Develop a preliminary Operational Readiness Schedule based on recommendations and gap analysis
Establish and implement an Action Plan
Undertake tasks required to fulfill requirements
Ensure robust tracking, monitoring, and reporting to ensure the OR work progresses as per schedule
