Duties and responsibilities include:


Actively seeking out ways to continuously improve the brokerage?s approach to loan processing and client care
Empowering the brokers to settle more loans with efficiency & effectiveness
Supporting the Director
Collaborating with staff, clients, referral partners & lenders in the loan approval process
Nurturing clients in the post-settlement and repricing phases of the client lifecycle
