Our valued State Government client is looking for a Business Analyst to join their Customer Services Strategy Program team. This team was team has been established within to deliver a number of initiatives to drive the Queensland Governments service delivery agenda. As an integral part of the team, your responsibilities will include: -
Performing business requirements analysis by evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and communicating and documenting business requirements and the functional solutions.
Lead meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings with various stakeholders.
Working closely with internal and external stakeholders and users to identify and document business situations where there is some complexity and ambiguity.
Monitoring deliverables, business acceptance and signoffs, and ensuring timely completion of activities and work packages.
