An exciting and rewarding opportunity to join our Federal Government client where you will be able to make a difference to our community. This role will be at the APS4 level equivalent. The Role Working within the Home and Living Planning and Operations Branch in the Service Delivery Group the APS4 Planner provides operational and administrative support that is informed and directed by sound knowledge in service delivery areas and undertakes some research and analysis activities. Depending on location the position may have direct contact with participants. Responsibilities of the role include but are not limited to:
Gathering information from participants and planning partners over the phone or in person, to enable high-quality planning and evidence-based decision-making.
Using a range of policies, practice guidance and legislation to make funding decisions in relation to participant plans to complement informal, community and mainstream supports.
