Our client is a long-established Property Management / Owner/ Developer with a diverse residential, retail and commercial portfolio plus other investments. The company is consistently growing its portfolio and has a successful track record. Located in their Alexandria Head Office (parking on offer) and close to public transport , they are looking to appoint a Bookkeeper/Accountant in this very diverse and pivotal role within their cohesive head office. Reporting to the Financial Controller your responsibilities will include:
General administration and support to the Financial Controller
Data entry, processing accounts payable for various entities within the group including managing the weekly payment to suppliers and related entities.
Processing and coding credit cards and online payments
Invoicing, reconciliation and payment of expenses
Reconciling bank accounts and credit cards for all entities within the group
Assisting with the compliance
