You will be working in the Retail team overseeing one of the major retail clients in Australia as Feasibility Lead and support to the QLD team. Your job scope will be:
- Producing and reviewing cost plans, ensure consistency and quality is delivered nationally.
- Delivering insights regularly to a national team
- Manage team to deliver Feasibility Cost Planning Nationally.
- Take ownership of templates / processes / ways of working and drive best practise.
- Take lead on benchmarking nationally.
- Ensure quality and consistency is maintained across different geographies.
- Engage with the local property market to gain market knowledge for use in the delivery of our services.
- Integrate with full cost management and project management teams nationally and support when required.
- Work independently and take responsibility for deliverables.
