THE ROLES
We are seeking experienced Chefs, who are willing to continue their learning both of culinary and even step into operations.
CHEF WILL HAVE:
Proven experience as a Chef in fine dining or similar environment
Formal qualifications preferred with at least 2 years of relevant work experience. If you do not have formal qualifications, further years of work experience may be required.
Ability to work well within a team and take direction.
In-depth understanding of Food Safety & Hygiene Practices
Great communication skills
Creativity around menu development and food presentation
A naturally positive demeanour
High standards and expectations within the kitchen
$73,150 - $90,000 + super depending on experience!
