Payroll Operations Manager

Roles & Responsibilities

Experience in a large scale organization with an ability to navigate complex processes, and organizational structures


Ability to build relationships with key stakeholders, business partners, vendor relationship managers, regional partners.


Ability to understand and call out risks in processes and offer remediation opportunities


Control mindset, good understanding of operating in a controlled environment.


Experience operating in a regional role with good communication skills and the ability to work with partners on other timezones (ie, India, Philippines etc).


Some understanding of change management and process improvement opportunities desirable


A good team player, someone with experience working in small team,, able to collaborate and have a 'can do' attitude.

Operational Experience

Prior experience in HR Operations, good understanding of Payroll processing, salary packaging
