The Role
As the Venue Manager, you will have full responsibility and autonomy for the success of this business. You will oversee F&B and gaming, ensuring a high standard of service is kept and maintaining sales and profit margins. You will oversee up to 15 FOH staff at any given time , and you will have an extremely customer-centric outlook on Hospitality. Your responsibilities would be across the bar, dining area and gaming. RMLV and RSA are a must, and a gaming license is preferred.
