Criteria
Experience of partnering with diverse stakeholders within a large business (preferably healthcare, but not essential).
Highly organised with a mindset of continuous improvement.
A skilled communicator and problem solver.
Team focussed with a purpose to achieve high quality outcomes.
Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Organisational Psychology, Industrial Relations, or related discipline.
