Job Description:
We are seeking a talented Product Specialist with a strong marketing background to be a brand champion for Silva Coffee Roasters. The ideal candidate will have experience in marketing coffee products and will be responsible for expanding our market presence and driving sales growth through innovative marketing strategies both digitally and in person.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, generate and drive sales.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies and promotional collateral to support existing and new coffee partners
• Act as a brand champion, ensuring consistent and effective brand messaging across all channels.
• Manage and grow Silva Coffee Roasters’ online presence through social media, email marketing, and other digital platforms.
• Manage and grow Silva Coffee Roasters presence through face-to-face customer engagement across B2B and retail channels
• Create engaging content for various marketing channels, including social media, blogs, newsletters and print media
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive analysis.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop promotional materials and support sales efforts
• Monitor and analyse marketing campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Coordinate, implement and participate in promotional events, trade shows, and other marketing activities to promote Silva Coffee Roasters.
• Maintain and update the company website to ensure content is current and engaging.
• Lead and implement marketing strategies in line with sales targets and ensure KPI’s are achieved
• Communicate and implement internal marketing strategies and campaigns to Silva Coffee Roasters team
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in marketing, brand management, or sales, preferably in the coffee industry.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, SEO, and SEM.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Passion for coffee and knowledge of the coffee industry is a plus.
