Fettler Weir Minerals Artarmon NSW Day Shift 5AM to 1PM Purpose of Role: Weir Minerals is looking for a Fettler to perform effective preparations of our castings. As a Fettler you will be responsible for grinding, smoothing, and polishing metal surfaces to ensure they meet our quality standards.
This role plays a crucial part in ensuring the final product is of the highest quality.
Key Responsibilities:

Preparation of castings for next stage of manufacturing process whilst meeting Aftercast production output
Operation of equipment including overhead cranes
Ensuring that all equipment is fit for purpose and operating correctly
Participation in toolbox talks
Flexibility in operating in other areas of the Foundry if required by management
Ensuring safe work practices through reading, working within and signing off on SOP?s, and
