Brickworks NSW is seeking a self-motivated and passionate Customer Service Representative to join our office in Albion Park, NSW. Reporting to the Area Manager, you will be primarily responsible for assisting internal and external customers in a range of services and sales enquiries across the wide range of Brickworks building products. In this role, you will also provide an exceptional customer service experience when interacting through our multiple channels including face to face at the Design Centre, via phone and email. Duties include but are not limited to: Provide quality service to both internal and external customers. Answer inbound calls to service a wide range of customers. Maintain detailed and current knowledge of Brickworks products and services. Ensure all sales enquiries are answered in a prompt and courteous manner.
