The Opportunity
An exciting opportunity awaits an experienced and motivated individual to join our Service team based in the Dandenong branch. As the Field Service Coordinator, this role will see you organising the day-to-day Field Service Department activities within the Victorian division, including planning work fronts efficiently and effectively to deliver Hitachis promise of Total Customer Satisfaction.
Reporting to the Field Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for:
Booking and scheduling all Field Service works for Victoria as well as managing invoicing and work in progress
Maintaining a high level of customer communication
Ensuring safety and efficiency of field service technicians
Ensuring effective utilisation of equipment and resources in line with customer requirements and agreed budgets
