Your new role
As the Team Leader, you will have an opportunity to lead an RPO Solution, you will build and develop your team, manage key strategic relationships with Senior Stakeholders and continue to build on the success of the solution.

Manage, develop, and mentor a talented and passionate team
Develop profound relationships with hiring managers, our International Sourcing Centre and other key stakeholders for workforce planning, demand management and strategic alignment
Educate managers on our services, the recruitment lifecycle, systems, technology
Bring innovative ideas and turn them into improvements to process and service to help drive the success of the team
Provide advice, support, and recommendations to key stakeholders on market conditions including competitor activity and salary surveys through data and analytics
Ensure the service we provide is effective, efficient, professional, and consistent
Create and work towards forecasts, driving the programmes profitability

What you'll need to succeed
We recruit born problem solvers who embrace change and are constantly looking for ways to improve the way we deliver our solutions. You will be confident working in a complex and changing work environment and possess the ability to build strong stakeholder relationships whilst also managing the expectations of hiring managers, suppliers and candidates.
You will need previous RPO experience as well as experience leading a recruitment team or mentoring junior recruiters. This is a fast-paced volume account so you will need experience managing a high volume portfolio and facilitating assessment centres.
