Within the Organisational Development Program in the Enterprise Services Group, People Connect provides operational Human Resource (HR) recruitment, pay and conditions advice and services to the Bureau's employees. We provide a digital channel (Cherwell) as the first point of contact for all support queries and incidents, with outstanding customer service. We serve the Bureau's geographically interspersed workforce, and our work is interesting, challenging and varied. The successful applicant will be a highly motivated APS pay and conditions specialist with a strong work ethic to become a member of the Bureau's Payroll Team.
