This is a unique opportunity for an experienced dealership Service Advisor like you to join our new team and contribute to our growth. While Patterson Cheney Trucks is being constructed, the selected candidate will work from the Patterson Cheney Trucks location in Keysborough. About the role: Reporting to the Service Manager, you will be responsible for the following:
Provide outstanding customer care and be the vital link between the customers and the workshop
Scheduling customer service repair orders, obtaining a clear brief from the customer as to any issues
Inform and consult on vehicle servicing, keeping the customer current at every stage and answering any questions or queries they may have.
