Customer Service Representative
Our Customer Service team is located at PRC's Osborne Park Administration Centre and plays a key role in the day to day operations of the organisation. Our Customer Service Representatives manage a high volume of incoming calls to assist with patient bookings across several modalities (CT, X RAY, MRI, etc.) and general enquiries.
What will the role entail?
You will be provided with thorough training for the first 4-6 weeks and paired with another member of our team to best understand our systems and processes. This is your opportunity to take notes, absorb the day-to-day operations of PRC, and start to answer incoming calls with team support to get your familiar with navigating our systems.
