Manage a portfolio of multi-million dollar business partners, ensuring strong and lasting relationships.
Develop and manage complex partnership agreements, ensuring compliance and mutual benefits.
Provide strategic advice on partnerships to senior leadership and key stakeholders.
Collaborate across the business to solve complex partnership problems and support continuous improvement.
Utilize strong contract negotiation skills to secure favorable terms and conditions.
Handle dispute resolution effectively to maintain positive relationships.
Influence and engage stakeholders across a range of disciplines to achieve business objectives.
You Must Have:
3-5 years of experience managing high-value client portfolios in the general insurance industry especially in Motor.
Strong interpersonal and influencing skills.
Proven ability to develop and manage relationships across various disciplines.
Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Strong contract negotiation experience; a legal background is a plus but not required.
Effective dispute resolution skills.
