Developing and implementing restaurant policies and procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness. Hiring, training, and scheduling of front-of-house staff, including servers, bartenders, and hosts. Managing and tracking restaurant financials, including budgets, revenue, and expenses.
Maintaining a clean and safe working environment. A minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager in a high-volume restaurant environment, with experience in Indian and Indo Chinese cuisine preferred. Excellent knowledge of wines, spirits, and cocktails.
Ability to manage and motivate a team of front-of-house and back-of-house staff effectively. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with an ability to provide exceptional customer service. Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
