*Carryout user requirement analysis and prepare conceptual design reports
*Identifying, investigating, and analyzing business processes, procedures and work practices focusing on problem areas
*Evaluating inefficiencies and recommending optimal business practices, and system functionality and behavior
*Develop project plans using project management methodologies, principles and techniques
*Taking responsibility for deploying functional solutions, such as creating, adopting and implementing system test plans & test scripts, which *ensure acceptable quality and integrity of the system
*Developing functional specifications for use by system developers
*Using data and process modeling techniques to create clear system specifications for the design of database systems and selecting 3rd party software
*Acting as a central reference and information source, providing guidance and assistance in the system project decision making process
Technical Experience and skills:
Minimum 3-5 years of hands on systems design experience
Extensive experience in object oriented methodologies
2-3 years of database technologies
Educational Qualifications:
Minimum Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analysis or related discipline from a recognized tertiary institution.
