About the role
The lawyer role provides legal and regulatory advice on a wide range of industries including water, energy, transport and local government. They work with experts in a variety of fields and the Director Legal to deliver outcomes for the people of NSW and ensure IPARTs decisions are legally robust.
Reporting the Director Legal, this role provides trusted and timely legal services to a range of internal clients (including advising the Tribunal and other decision-making committees) and drafting regulatory instruments such as licences and price determinations.
