About the Roles: Boilermaker and Mechanical Fitter
Our client, a leading engineering and fabrication firm in the Southwest, is seeking a skilled Boilermaker and Mechanical Fitter to join their team in Bunbury.
Boilermaker Responsibilities:
Proficiency in interpreting and fabricating from intricate engineering drawings.
Advanced knowledge and hands-on experience in welding processes such as MIG, TIG, and arc welding.
Ability to conduct structural repairs and modifications with precision and adherence to industry standards.
Familiarity with a range of materials including carbon steel, stainless steel, and aluminum.
Mechanical Fitter Responsibilities:
Assembly and installation of complex machinery and equipment according to technical specifications.
Expertise in mechanical fitting, including the assembly of components, alignment, and adjustment of machinery parts.
Skilled in insulation techniques and materials application to ensure optimal performance and safety.
Experience in bricklaying for furnace and oven construction, including refractory lining
