About the Role:
Upon completing a comprehensive training and induction program, you'll join a team dedicated to assisting customers with general enquiries related to business and farm insurance. In this role, your responsibilities would include:
Assisting customers and external stakeholders with their enquiries
Educating customers on the organisation's products and policies
Collaborating effectively with other internal teams with regards to complex enquiries
Maintaining a high level of customer service at all times
Working hours for this position are 8.30am-5pm Mon-Fri.
