About the Role: We are seeking a dedicated and skilled IT Support Representative to join a key clients team. In this role, you will provide acting as an independent IT support representative across over 100 users, it will be your responsibility to provide level 1 and level 2 support service desk support (Permissions, AD, In-person and remote support) while providing level 1 desktop support (Configuring Laptops/Desktops and server administration).
This role will be expected to be on-site on 5 days a week with flexible start time, working with the IT manager you will be supported and developed with an opportunity to grow into the position and make it your own.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide end-user support across all levels of the business.
Manage on-boarding and departure processes for employees.
Introduce IT systems to new employees and ensure they are effectively integrated.
