Located at our Karawatha Contact Centre , where every interaction is an opportunity to connect with our customers. In this role, you will be responsible for handling inbound customer interactions via phone, email, and chat.
Training will be provided to ensure your success and confidence in the role.
Upon completion of the probation period, this role will transition to a hybrid model, with four days in the office and one day working from home.
