Must have Unrestricted Australian Working Rights.
Previous leadership or supervisory experience is required.
Experience as a section waiter in premium restaurant environments.
A friendly, approachable and engaging demeanour to both guests and colleagues alike.
Knowledge of wine, spirits and cocktails.
Excellent communication skills.
Passionate about delivering great customer experience.
Demonstrated experience in food and beverage service.
Interest in regular training and self-development.
Flexible availability, we will be busiest over the weekends, so you will need to have availability of those key shift times.
