Job description:
• Analyse and evaluate the company’s existing business processes, organisational structures, workflows and methods.
• Identify areas of inefficiency or potential improvement within the automotive finance services framework, systems and structures.
• Develop and recommend strategies for process optimisation, restructuring workflows and amending job roles to address challenges and inefficiencies.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations for management, outlining findings and recommendations.
• Implement approved changes and ensure smooth transition and integration into existing workflows.
• Collect and analyse data related to operational performance, business processes and systems.
• Work closely with different departments, including finance, sales, customer service, and IT, to understand their needs and challenges.
• Liaise with relevant departments to develop and implement effective solutions.
• Lead and manage process improvement projects from inception to completion.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in process improvement and organisational analysis.
Qualifications/Attributes:???
• Must hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field, or 5 years of work experience in lieu of qualification.
• Must have at least 2 years of experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in process mapping and business process re-engineering.
• Excellent data analysis skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
• Strong project management skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Salary Range: $70,000 - $75,000 p.a. excluding superannuation.
