We are looking for an experienced Financial Business Analyst who can work autonomously and take lead in generating project reports, collaborating with management to monitor financial targets, analyzing monthly business reports, and providing valuable consulting services.
To be considered for this position you are required to meet the following criteria:
Tertiary qualification in Finance, Accounting, Management Accounting, or related field; Business Administration degree preferred.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Power BI, Excel (Advanced), SAP or equivalent finance / ERP (mandatory), data sourcing, statistical modelling, analysing variances and digitization trends.
Relevant Project Accounting experience
Manufacturing / engineering industry experience will be desirable.
Personal competencies including critical thinking, ambiguity tolerance, integrity, perseverance, execution skills and openness.
Communication and collaboration abilities i.e., presentation skills, conflict management, negotiation skills and assertiveness
Business acumen including understanding of business models and strategic thinking.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
