We're looking for an experienced Field Service Administrator. You will work closely with our planning and scheduling teams to ensure successful outcomes for site requirements.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Management of the internal skills training / induction register to ensure qualifications / certificates are current and staff are prepared for specific site inductions
Coordination of training for staff competencies and qualifications eg first aid courses, customer site inductions, booking of medicals / D&A testing etc
Liaising with safety health environmental and quality staff to ensure procedures are being adhered to
Maintenance and archiving of sensitive documents
