Several vacancies are available, working in Darwin and Palmerston Hospitals.
Fixed from 03/02/2025 for 6 or 12 months.
Selection will be made at the REG or SREG level depending on the experience/qualifications of the successful applicant.
Provision of effective and efficient management and clinical care of referred and allocated patients within the Division, through active participation in a relevant Specialist training programme and provision of clinical supervision to Junior Medical Officers and other staff as required.
• Eligible for general with the Medical Board of Australia.
• Successful completion of the requirements for admission to a fellowship of a recognised specialist training college.
• Within one full-time year of completing their specialist training program for admission to a fellowship
• High level of interpersonal, oral and written communication skills and the ability to interact positively as a team member in a cross-cultural work environment.
• An interest in and a commitment to improving Indigenous health.
