Job Summary:
The Sales Strategy Specialist at Avid Collective will develop and implement strategic sales initiatives to drive revenue growth and enhance customer relationships. This role requires a deep understanding of market trends, competitive analysis, and sales performance metrics. The specialist will work closely with sales teams, marketing, and senior management to align sales strategies with company objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning:
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company revenue goals.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify new sales opportunities and market trends.
Collaborate with senior management to set sales targets and KPIs.

Sales Performance Analysis:
Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management on sales performance and strategic initiatives.
Utilize data-driven insights to recommend and implement process improvements.

Sales Process Optimization:
Develop and refine sales processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
Implement best practices in sales techniques, tools, and processes.
Coordinate with sales teams to ensure consistent execution of sales strategies.

Cross-functional Collaboration:
Work closely with marketing to align sales and marketing strategies.
Partner with product development teams to understand product offerings and their alignment with market needs.
Collaborate with customer service to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Training and Development:
Design and deliver training programs for sales teams on strategic sales techniques and best practices.
Mentor and support sales team members in achieving their targets and professional development goals.

Qualifications:
Proven experience in sales strategy, sales operations, or a related role.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in sales analytics tools.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work collaboratively across departments and levels.
Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in Pipedrive CRM software and other sales tools.

The successful candidate will have:
Salary: $70,000 to $75,000 (excluding superannuation) per year
Job Type : Full-time
Benefits : Salary Packaging
Schedule : Monday - Friday
Ability to commute/relocate : Surry Hills, NSW 2010: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Work Location : In person
