Our client, Chandon Realestate, is looking for an experienced Sales and Marketing Manager to join their team full-time with an annual salary of $90,000 plus superannuation. The company provides professional pre-settlement services, property management, property buying and selling, asset management, and valuation services.

Your primary duties and responsibilities include:
• Plans, organises, directs, controls, and coordinates the sales and marketing activities within the company to drive business growth. Develops and executes innovative sales and marketing strategies to maximise property sales and achieve revenue targets.
• Manages the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring seamless transactions and exceptional customer satisfaction.
• Conducts market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive dynamics, and potential business opportunities.
• Creates compelling marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital platforms, print media, social media, and events, to showcase property listings and build brand awareness.
• Collaborates with internal stakeholders, including real estate agents, property managers, and administrative staff, to streamline processes and optimise sales performance.
• Cultivates and maintains strong relationships with clients, real estate professionals, and industry partners to expand the network and generate referrals.
• Provides leadership and guidance to the sales and marketing team, including training, mentoring, and performance management, to foster a culture of excellence and achievement.
• Monitors key performance indicators (KPIs), sales metrics, and market trends to assess the effectiveness of sales and marketing initiatives and make data-driven decisions.
• Represents JSJ Holdings (Chandon Realestate) at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to enhance the company's reputation and promote its services.
Qualifications:
• Must possess a relevant Bachelor’s degree.
• Should have at least three (3) years of relevant work experience.
• Being able to speak and write Chinese is preferable.
