Main Responsibilities:
• Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of plumbing systems.
• Analyse blueprints, drawings, and specifications to plan the layout and materials needed for plumbing systems.
• Design and install sanitary plumbing systems, water supply lines, discharge pipes, and fixtures.
• Install sewerage systems and effluent pumping equipment, ensuring proper disposal processes
Install and configure both hot and cold-water systems and their associated components.
• Build and set up soil and waste stacks.
• Troubleshoot and repair plumbing issues promptly and efficiently.
• Maintain an up-to-date understanding of current plumbing laws and regulations.
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and to the highest standard.
• Install and maintain water-based fire protection systems, including hydrants, hose reels, and sprinklers.
• Fabricate and install mechanical services plant, air handling, conditioning equipment, and small bore heating systems.
• Assemble and install plumbing for renovations.
Essential Requirements:
• Suitable Trade Certificate – At least three years of relevant experience may substitute for the formal qualifications.
• At least two years’ experience in a similar environment.
• Current WA Driver Licence.
• Current WA Plumbing Tradesman Licence.
