BESIX Watpac are seeking a Foreman to join our team in Rockhampton to deliver a large processing facility project.
The key responsibilities of this position include:
- Organise on a daily and weekly time frame the sequencing of the on-site activities ensuring that the subcontractors have access to their work face for materials and equipment, including the co-ordination of materials, equipment, personnel, and materials handling plant.
- In consultation with the Project Manager, allocate necessary site resources and confirm that all the resources for the project will be available when required.
- Review the construction programme with the Project Manager, re-sequencing activities as necessary to achieve the programmed completion date.
- Ensure that the Company's policies and practices on safety, industrial relations and quality assurance are implemented and policed at the work face.
- Ensure quality and compliance with standards and contract documents.
