As Sales Manager, you will work as part of the team to ensure Panasonic Australia meets and exceeds our sales and profitability targets for Specialist HVAC business in Victoria and Tasmania.
You will be responsible for day-to-day activity of the team of Residential and Commercial Account Managers. The role will be responsible for ensuring Panasonic strengthens partnerships with all customer accounts to facilitate the growth expectations of the specialist HVAC category.
The key responsibilities we would trust you with:
Lead, manage & develop the sales team to achieve the short and mid-term sales growth strategy.
Full responsibility and account management of sales of Panasonic HVAC products to nominated accounts.
