-Doing research on future lot markets (more than 40,000 lots) to make sure the business creates products that aligns best with future opportunities.
-Planning and executing promotional campaigns using various advertising channels such as TV, radio, social media, website, and EDM to help sales team reach target of 100 sales per month.
-Research on competitors’ pricing, promotions, and products strategies to see if there are gaps the company can fill and to identify opportunities for improvement.
-Analyse consumer behaviour to see if there are any trends using Google Analytics and Marketo.
-Monthly reporting to the business Market Share Report for all 11 regions throughout Victoria.
-Creating a Leads & Sales report analysing trends for elements such as pricing, promotions, place, products, and advertising channels.
-Managing customer facing content through our social media channels and website contents.
-Executing various local area marketing events including organising stands, merchandises, and marketing collaterals.
-General day-to-day marketing tasks.
Qualifications/Attributes:
-Must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field or 5 years of work experience in lieu of the required qualification.
-Must have 2 years of relevant work experience.
-Must possess solid computer skills including Framework, Onbase, Craft, Salesforce, Marketo, Google Analytics, and others.
-Strong organisational and time management skills.
-Ability to lead to achieve business objectives.
Salary Range: $65,000 – $75,000 p.a. excluding superannuation.
