You will be supporting a senior partner. Your responsibilities will include:
Responding to client enquiries
Preparing briefs
Opening and closing files
Archiving and filing
Dictaphone typing
Managing phone and email correspondence
Database entry, management and integrity
Billing and invoices
Scheduling appointments
General administration functions as required
What you'll need to succeed To be successful in this role, you will have previous administration experience working in a firm or corporate environment. You will be able to work to deadlines, under pressure and have a sharp eye for detail.
