Security Remediation Specialist The role will work as part of the Security Teams to protect the clients brand and the customer experience by proactively detecting, disrupting, remediating and mitigating cyber security risks across the organisation. The Cyber Security Remediation Specialist will assist in implementing, managing, and monitoring security remediation and patching efforts to protect the confidentiality, integrity, and availability information assets. About the Role
Analyse findings from security monitoring systems to determine appropriate patching and remediation response.
Support incident requests regarding vulnerability remediation, patching/remediation status, metrics, etc.
Review all current and existing vulnerabilities for active and acceptable remediation plans which will form part of the change management process. Verify that remediation plans are implemented as per remediation plans and business requirements.
Review and identify any potential gaps that may result in possible audit issues.
