Position Overview Reporting to the Executive Director, Court and Tribunal Services, the Director, Digital Practice, Court Support and Improvement is responsible for the management of the digital practices and user experience of the courts, and the development of process transformation which may include leveraging technology to drive effective and efficient practices in the courts. This position is also responsible for leading staff within the Court Support and Improvement division. Position Duties
Development and delivery of digitisation, transformation and improvement for the courts, including engaging stakeholders to ensure that any changes to current practices and procedures are fully supported and reflect the needs of the judiciary, legal profession and the community.
