As the Service Manager, you will oversee Home & Living locations to provide disability support services effectively. Your role requires strong leadership and communication skills to achieve results, build relationships, and influence others. You will innovate services, collaborate with teams and professionals, ensuring industry-leading care within set parameters. This full-time permanent position manages the specific Independent Living sites in Springfield, Southport & Cleveland with visits to the Neuro Wellness Hub in Milton required (including occasional on call). Travel allowance provided.
