A professional office is seeking an experienced accounts all-rounder/bookkeeper to join the team! Your new company
Our client is based centrally on the Gold Coast and is rapidly growing within the market, proving their reputation in the industry. Our client requires an experienced and driven Accounts all-rounder for a full-time role to join their team and facilitate the day-to-day accounting operations of the business. This position has varied responsibilities across accounts, bookkeeping, and administration and will require a determined individual with the ability to work in a collaborative environment to support management.
Your new role
This is a multi-faceted full-time and permanent role ideal for someone keen to develop their skills and further enhance their career opportunities in the Accounting field. You will be an integral member of a highly effective finance team and assist with a range of different accounting and administration tasks as required. Your key responsibilities are, but not limited to:


Billing and end of month reporting
Accounts receivable and debtor control
Trust accounting including daily and end-of-month reconciliations and reporting
EFT payments
Investments
Dormant Trust Funds
Payroll
BAS, Payroll Tax, and Superannuation Lodgements
Overall bookkeeping and reporting

What you'll need to succeed
To be considered for this role, you will have proven experience in a similar role and a high work ethic. The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate solid technical accounting expertise, outstanding communication and interpersonal skills and an eye for detail. You will be motivated and willing to get involved in all parts of the finance and administration process. Additionally, you will have the ability to multitask, excellent time management and be very professional. Strong customer service skills and the ability to work independently are essential. Accounting software knowledge would be highly regarded.
