Foster Engagement and Productivity 

As a Corporate Concierge you will be part of our front of house team, and will be responsible for delivering exceptional personalised customer service, enhancing the experience of our corporate clients and their visitors. 

This role is business hours, Monday to Friday 38hrs per week, with a rotating roster of 7.30am to 4.00pm and 9.30am to 6.00pm, you need to be available for both rosters.  This role is based at Barangaroo at the offices of one of our Global professional Services clients.  

About You 

You thrive in a front-of-house environment, with your attentive approach and understanding of the importance of service excellence.  

Requirements: 

  • Computer literacy.  Knowledge of maintaining systems and data bases
  • Outstanding customer service including face to face, phone and email  interactions with our internal and external clients
  • Ability to multitask and priorities tasks
  • Providing Administrative and Tech support 

You will have an extremely high attention to detail, a professional approach, and a proven history in providing a warm an embracing guest service within a corporate environment that requires adherence to regulations and site safety standards. 

It will come without saying that you have high standards of communication, impeccable grooming and personal presentation and a desire to excel in every task you undertake.  

To be successful you will need:

  •  Australian Citizenship, or full Australian working rights   

  • Able to undergo a pre-employment medical reference and police check
