They are looking for an experienced Marketing Specialist to join their team in Melbourne in Victoria.

The Role:
The position for hire is a Marketing Specialist and will be for a full-time basis set between $73,150 to $90,000, depending on experience, and will be based in Melbourne, VIC
?
The Responsibilities:
Analysing data from different channels to develop marketing strategies, plans and ideas for marketing campaigns.
Responsible for designing, creating, and delivering marketing policies, objectives, and programs to support the growth and expansion of company products.
Researching about industry related events, publications, trade shows and announcements to identify new business ideas and market promotions for the organisations.
Advising management on all possible potential marketing opportunities by screening market strategies, product mix, pricing and by evaluating advertising/sales promotion, selling, and distribution channels.
Be readily available to advise and meet with marketing agents, external vendors and agencies as required.
Analyse marketing performance metrics and leverage insights to optimise campaigns and maximise ROI.
Working closely with Finance Manager in setting up marketing targets and budgeting.
Conducting SWOT analysis before and after the launch of the product for its successes.
Setting the budget and medium of promotion for new/existing product
The Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Marketing, Business, or a related field
Minimum of 2 years of experience in the marketing field
At least 2 years of experience social and digital marketing
Minimum of 2 years of proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and Google Ads
Expertise in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
Excellent interpersonal skills & able to handle conflict and pressure.
Focus on service excellence and exceeding customer expectations.
Product knowledge; problem solving skills.
Strong communication skills.
Flexible and adaptable.
