Your new role
In your new role you will be responsible for:
General maintenance and construction plumbing
Sewer main and stormwater checks - jet rodding
Clearing, repairing and installation of drainage
Water and gas meter checking
Back flow prevention devices
Any other general maintenance required
On call roster when required
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this position, you will need to have the following.
Licenced plumber and gas fitter or certificate 3 journeyman plumber
Current c class drivers' licence (truck licence is beneficial but not essential)
Hold a valid white card, asbestos awareness, and silica awareness tickets
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and customer service abilities
The ability to operate excavators, bobcats, and dingoes if required
The ability to work on a rotating on-call roster
What you'll get in return
