Due to an internal promotion, a fantastic opportunity has opened for a hands-on Cellar Manager to join a tight knit Cellar team. Reporting into the Food & Beverage Manager, you will lead a small team, as well as oversee the efficient operation of our cellar and all stock control. Duties include, but are not limited to:
Supervise and lead a small team; provide effective feedback, training, leadership, support, and growth opportunities to Cellar team members.
Overseeing stock levels and replenishment of all outlets to ensure optimum levels.
Collaborating with departments and venue managers to plan inventory.
Proactively maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable working environment for employees in the Cellar, in accordance with WHS standards and club policies.
