Our client, an international pharmaceutical and biotechnology company, is seeking experienced Pharmaceuticals Associates to join their team in South-East Melbourne.
This role will be responsible for producing safe and effective vaccines, upholding strict cGMP compliance, and contributing to operational excellence in a dynamic, technology-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Adhere to gowning procedures and maintain housekeeping standards.
Conduct root cause analysis and implement Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) for incidents.
Perform operational tasks while adhering to cGMP, SOPs, and manufacturing documentation.
Work closely with Quality Assurance to ensure thorough documentation completion and batch disposition.
Engage in troubleshooting routine equipment, process, and digital issues promptly.
Actively participate in investigating deviations and associated CAPA tasks.
Quickly respond to and resolve routine equipment and process issues.
Maintain up-to-date training records and ensure accuracy of documentation.
