Our Building and Environmental Health team is seeking a Town Planner. Be part of the team which is instrumental in the end-to-end management of development applications; including recommending the application for approval/refusal and associated follow up processes.
About the role:
respond to written and verbal planning and building enquiries
lodge development applications, and processing technical information requests
provides excellent customer service to our stakeholders
support to Building Surveyors

a base salary ranging from $81,860 per annum with competency-based increments up to $96,965 per annum, plus 11.5% super
maximum-term placement up to 36 months, with possibility of permanency subject to operational need
70 hour, 9 day fortnight
