Our client SMART WFM PTY LIMITED is a global Workforce Management and Human Capital Management Consultancy. A number of our Enterprise and SMB projects are delivered via a dedicated team of workforce management consultants who specialise in UKG Dimensions, Central and Ready solutions.
As such, we are looking for full time UKG Workforce Management Consultants! The positions are to be based in one of our Australian offices (Brisbane / Sydney / Melbourne)
Responsibilities will include:
• Working directly with clients in an advisory and technical SME capacity to gather necessary information to architect a system design and configure software to suit the client’s business and technical needs
• Using data and process modelling techniques to create specifications for the design and development of WFM processes and systems
• Prepare the necessary documentation as required throughout the implementation project
• Provide support across data migration, parallel runs and go live for client projects
• Liaise with clients from start to end throughout the project cycle and update on progress
• Work across the various project phases

The ideal candidate will have:

• At least 5 years full time work and/or consulting experience in a similar role
• Exposure to HR, Payroll, Time + Attendance, scheduling, or a Rostering software background
• Experience in Modern Awards assessment and interpretation
• Experience with a WFM product essential. Eg: UKG, Ceridian, Deputy, TANDA, ENTO, TimeTarget, Riteq, Workbrain, Workforce Software, JDA.
• Experience in People management, Operations management and Workforce management and the ability to understand the inter relationships between these areas and what this means to delivery, adoption and management of business outcomes is key.
• Success in building and maintaining customer relationships and expectations
• Strong problem analysis and problem-solving skills with a strong capability to assess root cause and provide remedial action advice
• Proven delivery of exceptional Customer Service resulting in excellent Customer Satisfaction

Tasks will include:

• Identify, research, and analyse end to end current state processes, procedures, pain points, inefficiencies and the reasons for them
• Communicate with users to establish new system features that need to be implemented
• Document the work process into user requirement specification
• Develop end user documentation and knowledge base articles
• Perform system and user acceptance testing
• Cooperate with our international offices across various items and projects on a regular basis

We have bases located in Australia, Singapore, Philippines, India, USA and our current vacancy is located at one of our Australian offices (specific location may be Brisbane, QLD however this can and will be negotiated).

Remuneration on offer for the full-time role is between $85K to $150K depending on experience.
